Role OverviewThe Senior FP&A Analyst supports finance practices and objectives that drive a high performance culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment and ethics. This position will report to Director FP&A AEC and be part of a team chartered to provide cutting edge financial analysis to a growing business.
What You Will Do
Performing division-wide consolidated financial analysis and reporting, planning and forecasting process control, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and analytics, and assisting in the development and coordination of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) process.

Requirements
- Exposure to aerospace & defense / manufacturing environment
- Understanding of defense government compliance regulations
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Experience driving technical financial processes
- Strong financial acumen
- Calculation and thorough analysis of financial performance metrics
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAP experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 6+ years financial experience
- Direct financial planning & analysis (FP&A) experience
