Role OverviewThis position will be an onsite role. Reporting to the VP of Finance, we are seeking a Senior Pricing and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our growing finance team. In this key role, the Senior Analyst will lead the development and implementation of pricing strategies, manage pricing models, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, pricing, financial analysis, FP&A, or a related analytical role
- Strong experience with pricing strategy, pricing analysis, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Relevant experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment is strongly desired
- Food and beverage, or general manufacturing experience preferred
- Cost accounting experience preferred, including exposure to cost structure, margin expectations, product profitability, and operational cost drivers

- Base salary estimates $100,000 - $120,000
