What You Will Do
Work directly with manufacturing operations and understand the financial drivers behind the business, consolidate and analyze financial performance across multiple locations and functions, and help transform reporting through automation, dashboards, and advanced analytics.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-6+ years of progressive FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Manufacturing finance experience is required
- Advanced Excel expertise - comfortable working with complex data, financial models, and sophisticated analysis
- Strong technology and data skills beyond Excel, with experience using tools such as SQL, Power BI Dashboards, Crystal Reports, or similar platforms
- Experience working with ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy
- Self-directed and motivated - able to take ownership, solve problems and move forward without constant direction
