Senior FP&A, Commercial

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Finance team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Finance, Commercial, and Marketing leaders to provide the insights and reporting that help drive business growth. You'll play a key role in analyzing sales performance, monitoring pipeline health, improving commercial reporting, and supporting operational processes that enable better business decisions.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain reporting, analyze sales funnel performance, produce reporting on new business and commercial activity, monitor commercial KPIs, and present actionable insights to business leaders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, business operations, or another analytical business function
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, or marketing teams through financial analysis, reporting, or operational support
• Understanding of sales pipelines, CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and commercial performance metrics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work confidently with large datasets
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a variety of stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
