Role OverviewThe Senior FP&A Home Lending & CRE Manager plays a key role in PenFed's Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team providing strategic financial leadership and decision support to the Home Lending/Commercial business as well as PenFed executive team. This role requires a strategic consulting mindset and the ability to lead complex analyses, develop and evaluate business cases, and guide high-impact initiatives across the company.
What You Will Do
Lead and own the Home Lending and Commercial components of the annual Financial Plan and roll forecasts, serve as a strategic partner to Home Lending leaders, anticipate risks and opportunities, and lead development and review of business cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in consulting, FP&A, financial services, or banking
- Expert-level financial modeling and analytical skills
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive-level insights
- Experience with key FP&A systems such as OneStream or Hyperion
- Deep understanding of bank financial statements, key performance ratios, and capital and profitability metrics
