Job Description
Intuitive, a pioneer in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to work with their da Vinci systems. The role focuses on architecting, implementing, and verifying image processing algorithms on FPGAs within a cross-functional team, contributing to high-performance video processing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience with FPGA-based video/image processing, including image sensor interfaces, and a strong understanding of FPGA architecture and toolchain.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of FPGA experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, C (or C++) and Python/TCL
  • Understanding of high-speed digital design and FPGA build tools
  • Experience with FPGA simulation and test bench development
  • Understanding of static timing analysis and FPGA design
