Senior FSQA Supervisor

Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Senior FSQA Supervisor to lead a team of FSQA Technicians, oversee compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain excellence in our bakery operations.

Responsibilities include Quality Management System Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Product Quality & Customer Requirements, Team Management & Development, Supplier Management & Material Control, Investigation & Problem Resolution, Audit Support & Regulatory Representation, and Food Safety Culture Leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for food safety and quality, be detail-oriented, and possess strong computer skills. They will also have experience in the food industry, including supervisory experience, and be familiar with GFSI, BRC, SQF, and/or USDA audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree or sufficient experience in the food industry
• 3 years food industry manufacturing or quality experience including supervisory experience
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years comprehensive food processing, food safety and quality experience with an extensive background in manufacturing food industry, HARPc, USDA, or FDA
• Previous experience with GFSI, BRC, SQF and/or USDA audits desirable
• Training in HACCP (Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points) preferred
• Trained as a PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) preferred
• Good writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Detail oriented, and possess strong computer skills
