Job Description
The Full-Stack Python Developer will work closely with clients, digital leaders, solutions architects, and technical/functional leads across Guidehouse digital teams and market segments to support client projects and provide solutions for growth efforts and capabilities build-out.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen or a Green Card holder
  • A Bachelor's degree is required, or additional FOUR (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum of SIX (6) years of prior relevant experience in full-stack application development.
  • Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience with cloud applications development to build/modernize applications and datasets on the AWS cloud.
  • Experience and proficiency in implementing frontend and backend services for cloud-native software products and solutions such as Python, JavaScript, Django and Vue.JS.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaborate, mentor, help, and support other team members, as needed, to solve complex technical problems.
  • Proven ability to develop software products and solution prototypes and use prototypes to validate technical solution strategies and communicate and explain the pros and cons of complex design alternatives.
  • An in-depth understanding of Agile and Scaled Agile practices and principles, with experience.
  • Certification: AWS Certified Developer – Amazon Web Services.
  • Certification: AWS Certification Solutions Architect - Amazon Web Services.
  • Familiarity with the AWS Serverless Application Model (SAM) and proven design patterns, like Model-View-Controller, is required, as is the ability to design and build cloud-based software products that conform to the AWS Well-Architected Framework design principles.
