Role OverviewAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the AI agents team, you'll work at the intersection of classic product engineering and AI, building the underlying systems that let our AI agents reason, act, and improve. Your work has a direct, measurable line to customer revenue.
What You Will Do
Design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end, partner closely with product and design, own your work end-to-end, and deliver results on time.

Requirements
- In-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript
- Solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language
- Comfort working across the stack and owning features end-to-end
- Sense of ownership and bias for action
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Several years of experience shipping production software
