Role OverviewAs a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on the AI Agents team, you'll work at the intersection of classic product engineering and AI, building the underlying systems that let our AI agents reason, act, and improve. Your work has a direct, measurable line to customer revenue. You'll design, build, and maintain full-stack features end-to-end, partner closely with product and design, and own your work end-to-end.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and maintaining full-stack features, partnering with product and design, and owning your work end-to-end. You'll also apply industry-standard engineering practices, set the technical direction and quality bar for the team, and mentor junior engineers.
Why It Might Be a Fit
To succeed in this role, you'll need in-depth frontend experience with React and modern JavaScript, solid backend experience in one or more of Elixir, Go, Python, or a comparable server-side language, and a sense of ownership and bias for action.
