Role OverviewThe Senior Technical Architect will provide technical leadership, architectural guidance, and strategic direction for projects involving spring boot, DevOps Solutions, and full stack Java development. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing complex technical solutions to meet business objectives efficiently.
What You Will Do
Designing and architecting scalable and secure solutions using spring boot framework, implementing devops practices and solutions to automate and streamline development processes, leading full stack java development projects from inception to completion, and collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

Requirements

- Experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns
- Proven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies
- Experience in leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity
- Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK
- Experience in leading architecture decisions, mentoring engineering teams, and engaging with business and technology stakeholders
