Role OverviewThe Senior Functional Training Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving training programs that build core project management, contract, risk, and operational capabilities across the Construction Division. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams to ensure employees are equipped with the practical knowledge and tools needed to deliver projects successfully, reduce risk exposure, and drive consistent execution.
What You Will Do
The Senior Functional Training Program Manager will lead multiple learning initiatives, design learning experiences, and manage, coach, and partner with Senior Instructional Designer to develop and coordinate trainings. They will also partner with Subject Matter Experts across Construction, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to build accurate and relevant content.
