Role OverviewA well-established and growing investment firm in Downtown Dallas is seeking a Fund Accountant to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to be involved in the financial reporting and operations of investment funds.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for investment funds, maintain general ledger activity, record journal entries, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Previous fund accounting, private equity, investment management, real estate investment, or alternative investment experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with accounting or fund management software is a plus
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred, but not required
