What You Will Do
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual fund financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Maintain general ledgers, post journal entries, and perform account reconciliations. Assist with Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and financial reporting packages.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years' experience in fund accounting, ideally within private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments.
- Strong understanding of fund accounting principles, including capital allocations, management fees, carried interest, and waterfalls.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP (macro experience is advantageous).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
