Role Overview

As a Senior Producer, you will be at the forefront of our game development process, driving excellence in game quality, timelines, and risk management. You will lead major initiative titles and franchises, ensuring game excellence and strategic alignment with our portfolio objectives.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include game leadership, excellence in game production, primary point of contact, roadmap and schedule creation, milestone assessment, cross-functional partnership, problem solving and risk management, efficiency optimization, team empowerment, game champion, team culture, and strategic focus.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production, preferably in both Publishing and Development, shipping multiple products from ideation to live operation on various platforms. You will also need to have strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement, and creative problem-solving abilities to proactively mitigate obstacles in game development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Video Game Production
  • Strong understanding of game development processes
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in presenting to and communicating effectively with stakeholders and partners at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to proactively mitigate obstacles in game development
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals
  • Experience in managing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Ability to make cost-effective decisions without compromising quality
  • Understanding of quality assurance processes and the ability to ensure high standards of quality in game production
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, player preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of various game genres and platforms
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on processes and products
  • Sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and audiences
