Role OverviewThe Senior General Foreman works closely with the Site Manager, providing site leadership and managing day-to-day operations on a utility scale solar project. This includes efficiently managing production of company and subcontract crews, facilitating project planning, and ensuring a safe, quality, and timely product is delivered.
What You Will Do
The essential functions include, but are not limited to, cultivating safety as a core value, developing project budgets, performing accurate take-offs and production reporting, managing excavating equipment, and directing and coordinating the work of Foremen and field crews.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Three or more years of construction management and/or electrical experience (preferred)
- NFPA 70E Certification (preferred)
- Familiar with OSHA regulations (required), OSHA training and certifications (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Familiar with local codes, AHJ standards, and NEC code
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, tools, and equipment (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Manual dexterity, good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
