Senior General Manager

As a Senior General Manager, you will provide reliable financial solutions to help customers overcome daily challenges. You will lead the store operations and direct your team to increase revenue, maintain compliance, and strengthen customer loyalty through excellent customer service. What You Will Do

Manage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards. Coach, lead, and develop all team members to build new business and increase store growth. Lead the charge for all team members to identify local marketing strategies, use business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtain referrals, host and participate in community and in-store events to steer growth and build revenue.

You should be bilingual (Spanish/English) and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems is also required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years' experience with proven success in a supervisory or leadership role in retail, finance, service, or related industries
• Operations experience in a leadership capacity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using phones, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated)
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama)
• Background check required
