Requirements
- Master’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- 16+ years of related professional experience
- Active Professional Engineer license in Washington
- Senior-level experience planning, executing, and reviewing complex geotechnical projects in Washington
- Knowledge of Washington geology, subsurface conditions, engineering practices, codes, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience developing geotechnical scopes, budgets, technical approaches, and proposals
- Ability to serve as a senior technical authority and reviewer for complex or higher-risk deliverables
