Senior Global Content & Partnerships Counsel

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in at least one US state bar.
• Extensive years of experience in private practice and/or in-house, with substantial experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Meaningful experience in one or more of the following: technology transactions, strategic product partnerships, content licensing, media and entertainment transactions, or distribution arrangements.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage high-value, high-visibility transactions from start to finish
• Strong business judgment with the ability to provide practical, risk-calibrated advice in a fast-paced environment with multiple senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly to non-legal audiences and drive strong outcomes.
• Experience supporting a consumer-facing technology platform, digital media company, streaming service, studio, or other media/entertainment business.
