Senior GNSS Algorithms Engineer

As a Senior GNSS Algorithms Engineer, you will develop innovative GNSS and multi-sensor navigation algorithms for embedded applications, design and implement precision positioning and sensor fusion solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot field issues and drive continuous product improvement. You will work in a team environment, leveraging advanced tools and technology to foster innovation and achievement. The role is based in Torrance, CA, and you will be part of John Deere's Product Engineering team.

Your responsibilities will include developing innovative GNSS and multi-sensor navigation algorithms, designing and implementing precision positioning and sensor fusion solutions, collaborating with embedded software teams to integrate and test navigation algorithms, and partnering with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot field issues and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements

• 3 or more years of GNSS R&D experience in industry or research environments
• 3 or more years of experience developing embedded real-time software in C/C++ for GNSS, navigation, or related systems
• Strong expertise in GNSS measurement processing, navigation algorithms, ambiguity resolution, estimation techniques (Least Squares/Kalman Filtering), and precise positioning corrections
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across disciplines
