Job Description
We have an opening for a Full-Time Golf Club Technician Lead to perform club repairs and modifications. Experience re-gripping, re-shafting, modifying loft and lie adjustments and other related services is preferred. A successful candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience leading others, and a passion for the game.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of advanced club-building experience.
  • 3+ years experience with build and repair equipment including saws, pullers, epoxies, bending machines, and swing weight scales.
  • Strong understanding of club specifications including length, lie, loft, swing weight, and shaft profiles.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on, detail-oriented work.
