Role OverviewThe Senior Graphic Designer leads creative strategy and executes the visual identity of the organization, ensuring cohesive, innovative, and impactful branding across all communications. This role partners closely with cross-functional departments to conceptualize, design, and implement compelling visual assets that elevate the brand experience across both digital and physical environments.
What You Will Do
Conceptualize, design, and execute high-level creative across a variety of mediums, including pitch presentations, print collateral, digital advertising, print publications, web graphics, email campaigns, environmental signage, social media content, photoshoots, and branded experiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in sports, entertainment, agency, media, or brand-driven environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, photography, photo editing, campaign development, digital and print design, and visual storytelling
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, familiarity with Figma and After Effects is a plus
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, production processes, and digital design best practices
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
