Role Overview

The Senior Graphic Designer will work on graphic projects, including general graphic design layout, pre-press prep, and digital photo manipulation for high-profile projects. The role will lead the conceptualization and design of visual artwork for print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality execution and visual consistency across all touchpoints.

Lead graphic projects, design visual artwork, ensure high-quality execution, manage relationships with external vendors, and oversee quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a design and production environment
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media, entertainment, or sports
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint, Word, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Photoshop animation
  • Ability to work in a Macintosh-based environment
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail, both visually and grammatically
  • Ability to think and work independently
  • Conceptual skills with ability to take projects from concept to completion
  • Understanding of basic design principles
  • Strong background in typography
  • Design and production skills with understanding of the creative process
  • Ability to design for traditional print and web-based projects
  • Ability to clearly communicate deadlines and processes to vendors
  • Strong work ethic with a 'can-do' attitude
  • Knowledge of the Dodgers and the sport of baseball, both current and historical, a major plus
