Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of hotel group sales experience
  • Demonstrated success managing complex group accounts and exceeding revenue goals
  • Exceptional prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong understanding of revenue management principles and the ability to craft financially sound, strategic group sales proposals
  • Strategic, dynamic thinker with the ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Proven ability to lead by influence, mentor peers, and positively impact team performance without direct supervisory responsibility
  • Highly polished communicator with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
