Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, outbound business development, or sales enablement with direct exposure to digital marketing services or an agency environment
  • Proven ability to build relationship-driven pipeline from scratch not just run someone else's playbook
  • Digital marketing fluency: understand SEO, paid media, analytics, and AI well enough to hold credible conversations with senior marketing leaders
  • CRM (HubSpot) proficiency: list building, data hygiene, pipeline tracking
  • Self-directed and highly autonomous, with ability to set own agenda and define approach with direction from Director of Marketing
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to help shape a role as you grow into it
