Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to strategically lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through conversion rate optimization and aggressively scale Lifetime Value (LTV). The role involves analyzing Shopify bounce rates, working with email/SMS efforts, identifying trending beauty ingredients, and building, launching, and managing daily campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in DTC (Beauty/Skincare preferred)
  • Deep proficiency in Shopify, Meta, and Google Ads
  • Strong analytical background (Excel/Google Sheets is a must)
  • Experience with Shopify apps (Upsells, Subscriptions, Reviews)
  • Background in scaling small budgets into larger spend tiers
  • Ability to edit simple video/static assets for quick-turnaround testing
  • Experience working with creative teams to produce on-brand PDP assets
  • Data- and detail-obsessed: you track every click and optimize for performance
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple SKUs and timelines
