Job Description
Rhythms is building an AI business execution system to enable enterprises to become AI-native. We're hiring a Growth PM to own our growth strategy and execution, identify high-leverage opportunities, design experiments, and execute hands-on to prove what works.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in growth roles with demonstrated impact on pipeline or revenue
  • Experience at AI-native tech companies or fast-growing startups
  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities and shipping experiments that moved key metrics
  • Experience working across product-led and sales-assisted growth motions
  • Thought leader in growth - actively sharing frameworks, learnings, and insights
  • Strategic & Tactical: identify high-impact initiatives, design experiments, understand product experience, pricing, and sales process
  • Analytical: strong with data, analyze funnels, run cohort analyses, build dashboards
  • Operator: ship experiments quickly, learn from results, iterate
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Cultural Fit: own outcomes, comfortable with ambiguity in an early-stage environment, excited about AI-native companies
