Job Description
Ambient.ai is a leader in Agentic Physical Security, and we're looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to build our AI-driven growth engine. As a key member of our team, you'll design and automate end-to-end processes, operationalize intent signals, and measure and observe system performance. We're looking for someone with 6+ years of experience in Technical GTM, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Technical GTM, Growth Engineering, or RevOps Engineering role within B2B SaaS
  • Technical Fluency: Proficiency in scripting (Python or JavaScript) for building data pipelines and system triggers
  • The Modern Stack: Hands-on experience with AI-workflow automation (n8n, AirOps, Clay) and technical familiarity with CRM/MAP (Salesforce/HubSpot)
  • AI Sophistication: Familiarity with model context protocols, multi-agent orchestration, and tools like Cursor or Lovable for prompt sandboxing
  • Systems Thinking: Ability to synthesize complex datasets and translate business objectives into elegant technical implementations
  • Builder Mindset: You are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment but possess the communication skills to align cross-functional teams
