Job Description
As a Senior GTM Recruiter at 7AI, you will own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and other GTM roles, and partner closely with founders and GTM leaders on headcount planning, org design, and talent strategy. You will help build the engine that builds the company.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles
  • Proven success hiring top-performing Sales and Marketing talent
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments, with experience in the Cybersecurity domain preferred
  • Track record of operating in organizations with a relentlessly high performance bar
