Job Description
Abridge is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across critical functions, including Finance, Legal, People, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of experience recruiting for G&A and/or GTM teams in high-growth environments.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of experience recruiting for G&A and/or GTM teams in high-growth environments
  • Full-stack recruiter with ownership and accountability for managing the entire candidate lifecycle
  • Sourcer with ability to identify and engage passive talent and build long-term relationships with exceptional candidates
  • Consultative and able to influence senior leaders and guide hiring decisions using structured evaluation frameworks
  • Elevates candidate experience and creates a respectful, transparent, and human process
