Job Description
Promise is a tech company that modernizes how government agencies and utilities support people in financial difficulty. As a Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll own end-to-end hiring across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. You'll partner with GTM leaders to understand what 'great' actually looks like for each role and source candidates who wouldn't respond to a generic InMail.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • At least 4 years spent on GTM roles in enterprise software or regulated industries
  • Proven ability to source and close passive candidates for senior, hard-to-fill roles
  • Hands-on experience with modern recruiting tooling
  • Strong hiring manager partnership skills
  • Exceptional written communication skills
  • Comfort operating in a lean, high-ownership environment
  • Genuine connection to the mission
