Role OverviewThe Senior Health Data Analyst provides analytical support for Executives and departments, including analysis, pricing, capitation, network, and provider-specific reporting. The Senior Analyst works with data in company and other databases, performing data cleaning, descriptive statistical analysis, data modeling, and developing and maintaining data documentation.
What You Will Do
Manage projects, conduct multiple major analytical projects, perform review and quality assurance of projects assigned to other analysts, develop reports and ad-hoc analysis, create presentations of data analysis, and serve as a resource and mentor to other analysts.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques, and the ability to communicate results in a consistent and professional manner. Experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar software is preferred, as well as 5+ years of Health Data or Data Analysis experience.
Requirements
- Ability to see major analysis projects through to completion without immediate supervision
- Ability to independently manage projects, including creating and leading a team of analysts
- Ability to apply advanced actuarial, mathematical, and statistical techniques and principles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to perform descriptive analytics
- Demonstrated knowledge of programming, running, and modifying pre-written and new code
- Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare data
- Ability to converse and write fluently in English
- Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
