Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Health & Safety Specialist to join our manufacturing facility. In this high-impact, onsite role, you will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of site-wide health and safety programs, policies, and culture.

Develop, implement, and optimize workplace health and safety programs, policies, and standard operating procedures. Ensure strict alignment with OSHA regulations, local legal standards, and corporate policy.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive health and safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy-production environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep expertise in OSHA standards, recordkeeping, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Technical Mastery: Hands-on experience with LOTO, machine guarding, industrial ergonomics, confined space entry, hot work, and contractor safety programs.
- Incident Management: Proven track record in root cause analysis, incident investigation methodologies, and corrective action execution.
- Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders, operational teams, contractors, and regulatory inspectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Fluent in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and safety data analytics tools.
- Operational Flexibility: Ability to work in an active manufacturing setting and respond to off-shift incidents, emergencies, or audits when required.
