Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Helpdesk Administrator to support our premier client in Phoenix, Arizona. The successful candidate will have a broad understanding of IT services structure, troubleshooting skills, and experience with various technical tools and software.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in the IT field
Customer service and interaction skills
Technical certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, or network-related certs (A+, Network+, Security+)
Experience with Intune, O365, PowerShell commands, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, AWS SysOps, Palo Alto firewall, and IIS
