Role OverviewThe Senior Helpdesk Technician will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of IT assets, maintaining efficient inventory bookkeeping, and ensuring the overall suitability and health of assets. The role involves reconciling IT capital asset purchases, providing quality control of asset data, and distributing IT assets. The Senior Helpdesk Technician will also conduct periodic physical inventories, manage user acknowledgment of IT assets, and review asset discrepancies. The position requires occasional visits to remote sites and working with auditors for annual inventory audits.
