Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician with an active Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Lewis McChord, WA. The ideal candidate will analyze problems and provide technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, and systems.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Five (5)+ years of experience in supporting Information Technology
  • Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clearance Requirement: Secret security clearance
