Role OverviewAs a Senior Highway Engineer - Team Lead, you will assist with the operations of the production section, function as a Project Manager, and lead and coordinate services with other sections. You will be involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews, and directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues. You will also implement, monitor, and support company policy, and assist in the selection, training, development, and management of technical personnel.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities and outcomes of this role include assisting with the operations of the production section, functioning as a Project Manager, and leading and coordinating services with other sections. You will also be involved in marketing planning, proposals, and interviews, and directly involved with industrial and public clients in marketing, project production, and related issues.
