Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to manage transportation projects, manage relationships with existing clients, and work with market leadership to develop new clients. The successful candidate must be technically astute in transportation engineering and have a proven background of management leadership on transportation projects.
What You Will Do
Manages and oversees assigned projects, participates in business development activities, prepares and coordinates proposal efforts, performs technical discipline tasks, and actively manages project scope, schedule, and budget.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of transportation/project management experience, a NY PE license, and established relationships within the industry. Strong business development skills, project management qualities, and excellent knowledge of project management processes are required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 15+ years of transportation/project management experience

- Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid projects
- Established relationships within the industry
