Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Highway Engineer to manage transportation projects, manage relationships with existing clients, and work with market leadership to develop new clients. The successful candidate must be technically astute in transportation engineering and have a proven background of management leadership on transportation projects.
What You Will Do
Manage and oversee assigned projects, participate in business development activities, prepare and coordinate proposal efforts, perform technical discipline tasks, actively manage project scope, schedule, and budget, and develop and enhance key client relationships.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- 15+ years of transportation/project manager experience
- NY PE license required
- Additional State licenses and accreditations a plus
- Experience on NYSDOT, NYSTA, and Local Federal Aid projects
- Established relationships within the industry required
