Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Home Health Recruiter to develop candidate generation sources to build a caregiver pipeline of RNs, CNAs, and HHAs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience and knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

The Senior Home Health Recruiter will screen resumes, conduct phone, virtual, and face-to-face interviews, and schedule interviews for all hiring managers.
