Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Senior HR Business Partner based in our Irvine, CA office to provide strategic HR support to our Stores and corporate departments. The Senior HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, address employee relations issues, and drive talent review and assessments.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned Stores and corporate departments
  • Address medium- to complex employee relations issues
  • Coach business leaders to keep employees accountable for meeting goals
  • Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to understand talent requirements and business goals
  • Drive talent review and assessments by facilitating succession and performance calibration sessions
  • Coach business leaders on the appropriate tools and resources for team development
  • Prepare internal equity analysis and provide recommendations for corporate leaders
  • Work in partnership with other HR functions to contribute to key HR projects
