The Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) reports to the Regional HR Manager and plays a pivotal role in providing strategic HR support to our Stores and highly complex Corporate Departments.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned Stores, highly complex Support Departments, and business leaders, addressing medium- to complex employee relations issues.
  • Make strategic management recommendations impacting team performance and coach managers to keep employees accountable for meeting goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to understand talent requirements and business goals.
