Role Overview

The Senior HR Business Partner provides advanced level counsel and advice to managers and staff relative to human resources policies, initiatives, and programs, while supporting an employee relations work environment that maximizes the performance of a fully engaged workforce.

What You Will Do

Provides advanced level Human Resources policy interpretation and guidance to managers and employees, partners with business units to develop effective strategies to proactively manage employee issues/situations, and leads and implements change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years Of progressive HR Experience
  • Employee Relations experienced
  • Must have previous demonstrated experience with Federal/State regulatory agencies (NLRB,EEOC, OCRC, and Ohio Unemployment Compensation), recruitment/employment, compensation, benefits, wage and hour regulations and practices
  • Oracle experience a plus
