Role OverviewThe Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for the execution of all HR services, including training, succession planning, performance management, recruiting, workforce effectiveness, and individual development planning. This individual will ensure that HR programs and plans are aligned to business priorities and will monitor effectiveness through the tracking of key measures.
What You Will Do
Partner with the brand/business unit HR team to identify and develop HR plans, act as an advocate for associates, display expertise in human resources functions, analyze trends and metrics, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, and provide guidance to managers and associates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred or equivalent experience
- PHR, SPHR preferred
