The Senior HR Business Partner will partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives, drive leadership development and talent management programs, and support global employee relations matters while promoting an inclusive, high-performance culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner roles
- Experience supporting global or multi-region organizations
- Experience in a matrixed, multinational environment
- Knowledge of international labor laws and cross-cultural business practices preferred
- Familiarity with global mobility and workforce planning strategies
- Strategic mindset and executive presence
- Strong organizational design and change management capabilities
- Ability to influence and build relationships across diverse teams and cultures
- Data-driven approach to problem solving and decision-making
- Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in English and Spanish
