Job Description
Join our family at In-N-Out Burger as a full-time Senior Human Resources Business Partner in our Lathrop, CA office. This role reports to the Regional HR Manager and provides strategic HR support to Stores and Corporate Departments.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of HR experience
  • 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with a background in providing HR support to both corporate and field-based teams
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a strategic HRBP with experience in talent development, succession planning, compensation, performance management, and workforce planning
