As a trusted advisor, you will provide strategic HR support to our Stores and Corporate Departments, driving talent review and assessments, coaching business leaders, and leading key HR projects.

Requirements

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned Stores and Corporate Departments
  • Conduct regular meetings with team leaders to understand talent requirements and business goals
  • Drive talent review and assessments by facilitating succession and performance calibration sessions
  • Coach business leaders on team development, mentorship programs, leadership development, and training
  • Prepare internal equity analysis and provide recommendations for Support leaders
  • Work in partnership with other HR functions to contribute to key HR projects
