The role involves maintaining HRIS systems, ensuring employee data is up-to-date, and managing timekeeping systems.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include maintaining HRIS systems, managing employee records, enforcing company policies, and preparing internal and external HR paperwork. You will also handle employment-related inquiries, maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and create employee engagement activities.
