Role Overview

The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be joining a committed HR team with genuine care for the people we serve, and the success of the business. Working closely with our HR Manager and leadership, you'll help build and reinforce a workplace that's caring, efficient, and family-friendly — supporting employees through policy, compliance, benefits, and everyday problem-solving.

What You Will Do

Partner with HR Manager and leadership to prioritize and execute initiatives that build a cohesive, caring workplace. Provide day-to-day direction to HR Generalist, HR Specialist, and Administrative Assistant team members. Educate employees on company policies and build and deliver training for supervisors and managers in partnership with Employee Development team.

Requirements

  • Proven HR or leadership experience, with solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Spanish-speaking preferred (not required).
  • Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • MS Office proficiency; HRIS experience (e.g., ADP) a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills — tact, professionalism, and diplomacy with sensitive situations
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field, or 4+ years of HR experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, or willingness to pursue
