Lead key Talent Management Centers of Excellence, shape and execute talent strategies, and drive measurable impact. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to modernize programs and drive consistency across regions.

Set and execute talent strategy, lead and optimize Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Shared Services functions, and oversee recruiting operations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Leadership across talent acquisition, L&D, or talent management
  • Experience leading teams and enterprise-wide programs in a complex, multi-site organization
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems (ATS, LMS, HCM)
  • Proven ability to design and scale talent programs with measurable outcomes
  • Experience building or leading HR shared services or standardized HR operations
  • Strong project management and change management capabilities
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in HR analytics and reporting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
